Return and Refund Policy
Your skin health and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
Due to the hygiene and safety nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 4 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is a result of our error.
